In this class, we will explore creating digital vector artwork. Using free and open-source software, we’ll cover essential tools and workflows that will allow you to design high-quality graphics with precision and creativity. Don’t worry if you’re new to digital art—these skills are highly transferable and can be applied to industry-standard programs like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

The techniques you learn in this course can be used in countless other creative projects, from designing 2D artwork for jewelry, laser cutting, and engraving to crafting eye-catching logos, business cards, and social media graphics. Whether you're an artist, crafter, small business owner, or just curious about digital design, this class will equip you with the foundational skills to bring your ideas to life in a versatile and professional way.

Prerequisite: Students should be comfortable using a computer, mouse, and phone camera.
