I've purchased a class, now what?
While you are logged into the LMF website, you can find the Zoom link, handouts, video(s), and other important information by clicking on the individual class link on the "My Courses" page.
The "My Courses" page is also your "My Account" page. The classes are set up in "cards" or "tiles" that you can click on to view the class specific information, video(s), and available downloads.
Below the classes/courses cards listing you will find your account information such as your contact information and order history.
Bonus: You get 1 free session of Open Studio Access (OSA) in the month following your class, the Zoom link can be found on the course video access page.
24 hours, or 1 day, before the class you will receive a reminder email.
Our goal is to make sure you get the most out of your classes. We really want to help you, so please don't hesitate to email us.
How do I view the class videos?
Simply log into your Little Metal Foxes account, click on "My Courses" in the top menu bar (or by clicking on the person icon top right). This takes you to your account page where you should see a listing of class recording(s) available to you. The video may not pop up immediately, so please wait at least 30 seconds for it to load!

How long will I have access to the videos?
Class videos are accessible for review for at least 60 days after the live class.
Help my class video isn't showing?!
Sometimes the video will take a literal minute before it shows/loads on your page. If it still is not showing, make sure you are using the email address/account you used to sign up for the class. If neither of these are solutions, contact us at info@littlemetalfoxes.com
How does the Rewards & Referral Program work?
After logging in, you can view your Reward Points by click on the "Class Rewards" bubble at the bottom right of your browser. Your points will show in the top bar of the Rewards window.
You can see your rewards and referrals history by scrolling to the bottom of the Rewards pop up and click on "My Activity."

Use Points
- Select your "coupon" amount.
- Click "Redeem."
- Copy your unique coupon code and use it on your next purchase (in the check out).
"Refer your friends" Reward
Give your friends a reward and claim your own when they make a purchase. They get $10 off coupon - You get $10 off coupon. When you scroll down, you can copy and paste your own personal referral code to share. This makes sure you get credit when your friends and family use that code to buy a class. You can redeem your referral code in check out.
Rio Grande Student Discount Program
Rio Grande has a program that offers new students a six month discount across most items (6 month upgrade to Wholesale account status). Use code: RFSLMF in the box for Instructor Code.
STEP 1: You will need to have a Rio Grande account in place. Go here to create an account: https://www.riogrande.com/account/register
NOTE: You should not add "The School Name" as the company. If you don't have a company, you should leave it blank or add your name.
STEP 2: You will need to log into your account and go to the "Profile" section. Add the code RFSLMF in the box for Instructor Code and click Apply.
Your account has now been updated to Wholesale status and your wholesale price will appear next to each product you select.
Already registered as a wholesale account or as a Rio Pro? Please enter the code to show Rio Grande that you are affiliated with Little Metal Foxes, even though the code will not change any pricing from your current wholesale or Rio Pro access.
