Choose an instructor before adding to the cart. 

Office hours are a time for answering questions about classes, techniques, or materials covered in classes. These 30-minute sessions will be for you to get answers to questions you may have about things you have learned, or want to learn. For a deeper dive into specific skills and techniques, we offer One-to-one Mentoring.

If you would like to work with more than one instructor, office hours must be purchased separately for each instructor.

If you do not know which instructor you would like to work with, please leave us a note in the ORDER NOTES on the Checkout Details page or email us with some information about what you would like to work on and some idea of the type of questions you wish to have answered, and we will pair you with the instructor best able to help you. 

Delivery of the office hours service is contingent on the schedule and availability of the chosen instructor. We cannot guarantee that your chosen instructor will be immediately available. 

If your chosen instructor is not available, you will be offered a choice of a different instructor or a refund.

Office hours must be used within 6 months of purchase.

If you are receiving an error about selecting a time after adding Office Hours to your cart, you must remove ALL Office Hour products from the cart and add them back in, selecting a time slot before adding to the cart.
