One of the most frequently asked questions when making things is: “How do I hold this while I’m working?!” I’ve got your answers! There is an amazingly diverse and wonderful world filled with tools and ways to hold parts while, cutting, drilling, sawing, sanding, polishing, soldering, setting stones, and finishing. Everything from simple solutions around the house, to super cool gadgets you didn’t know existed. Demos will include tricks and tips on tools and where to find them, as well as, how to create gigs and holding devices you need from items you may already have around you! I’ll also discuss resources for finding more ways to hold your stuff!
Prerequisite: all beginning through advanced makers of all kinds welcome!
